Pumpkin Pie Milkshake

Pumpkin Pie Milkshake | allonsykimberly.com
This is the third installment in my pumpkin flavored everything craziness, and it’s really simple to make even if you don’t have a blender – which I don’t at the moment.
INGREDIENTS (1 serving)
  • 1 c. vanilla ice cream
  • 1/3 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs

  1. leave the ice cream out for 20-30 min to soften (if not using a blender)
  2. mix ice cream, pumpkin, sugar, and spices in bowl
  3. stir in milk
  4. pour into glass
  5. top with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs
  6. serve immediately

Or try it with some fun sprinkles instead of graham cracker crumbs.

Hello from Sydney Australia. We have an American girl living with us and she made some great pumkin pie. The kids did love it so they might well love this too. We'd have to make our own pumkin, as you can't buy the canned one here. What a hoot.
