Bits of Home: New Sofa & Handmade Pillows

IKEA Sofa & Colorful Handmade Pillows | ALLONS-Y KIMBERLY

We finally got ourselves a new sofa shortly after moving into our new place back in January. We chose the IKEA Karlstad sofa in Isunda Gray. I decorated it with an old quilt that used to belong to my grandparents and a ton of handmade pillows.

I used pillow inserts from IKEA and most of the fabric I already had on hand.

These next two pillows are probably my favorite [besides my Godzilla pillow].

The TARDIS fabric is from Spoonflower seller Scrummy. You can purchase it here.

I just love all the extra color that the pillows and quilt bring to the room. It only took 2 and a half years and three different apartments, but I’m finally starting to get over my decorating anxiety and I’m really excited to start sharing my style with you guys.

  8. You've coordinated these colors & patterns very well! I have to ask where you got the seaweed print from. I have some of the same pattern but with reversed, and would love to know where else I could find it (or similar)! Great job!
