Andrew and I celebrated our four year anniversary last month. We spent the afternoon exploring the West Side Market in Cleveland and had dinner at The Great Lakes Brewery.

I went to the “midnight” premier of How to Train Your Dragon 2 with some friends. The movie started at 8:10. I’m not sure how that qualifies as a premier. They might as well just say that the movie comes out a day earlier. Odd timing aside, the movie was adorable and we had a great time.

The Alive Festival was two weekends ago and Andrew and I volunteered to work the event. Despite having to work 6+ hours a day, it was still fun and it was great to get away for a few days. Plus we got to see Switchfoot perform, which always makes for a great time.

Andrew’s cousin graduated this year, but since he was homeschooled there wasn’t any “official” ceremony or anything, so his family arranged a special event for him to get his diploma with a grad party afterward. It was nice.

I spent some time exploring Garfield’s Monument and Lakeview Cemetery with Andrew and his parents. It was interesting to learn how many famous people are buried there. We got some pizza afterward in Lil’ Italy.

Aaaaaand that was June! I can’t believe it’s July already! It’s my favorite month – that might be because both Andrew’s and my birthday are in July. Regardless of the reason, I’m excited and looking forward to the continuation of Summer.
